Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer within complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in C#, SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, and front-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).
- Strong background in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git, BDD, and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Octopus Deploy, Artifactory (or equivalents), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices.
- Exposure to Python and scripting for cloud or infrastructure tasks is advantageous.
- Prior experience working in Agile environments, preferably using Kanban delivery.
- Background in commodities trading, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience in regulatory technology, compliance reporting, or regulatory systems.
Responsibilities
- I will own and lead the technical design and decision-making within the Regulatory feature team.
- I will manage technical delivery across the full development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, timely releases.
- I will collaborate with architecture teams to align with enterprise-wide technical strategy.
- I will oversee the maintenance of the existing legacy stack while contributing to the strategic migration towards an Azure cloud-native platform.
- I will apply best practices in software engineering, security, and cloud operations.
- I will promote Agile delivery practices (Kanban) within the team, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- I will mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
